I think they’d be far better off if they would re-structure their recruiting model; provide solid data (with testimonials) to ease the concerns of prospects, offer a contract for new members that would subtract the “membership buy-in” and any costs accrued from submissions that weren’t accepted from the new member’s profit share of the first successful flip.

If you could find one system that has the CRM and the call tracking in one place then would be much better for you,,,, the user.We use one that has both the CRM and call tracking analytics built in as one service and also has functionality for recruiting and managing referrals like property locators, attorneys, etc...The key is to use a system that is built for real estate not the general public that needs to be customized for real estate.

Ok best of luck.... you may have to create your own bird dogs.... we recruit them you feed them you train them you give them some gas money and maybe they scare up some deals.I had 6 of those working for me pre equity skimming laws that were implemented in OR and WA.. we door knocked every NOD in our 5 county metro area here in PDX.. sent them out in teams of two boy girl.. the girls in this case were way smarter than the boys .. the boys were there mainly to keep the girl safe.

I was going through the “recruitment” process but became increasingly uncomfortable with how much time they wanted me to put in for prep work before they would talk to me about the cost of the program (1 hour 45 minutes worth of calls with their team which includes time to review notes from the phone calland an hour long video).

. :) Of course I'm going to echo the sentiment here that Ohio is great, but I suggest you do your own due diligence on any city you're seriously considering, then connect with either a reputable turnkey company that operates in that area, or find some people you can recruit to be on your team and really get to know them!
