This isn't a criticism pointed at you or any other GC, just something I've always been curious about. 

Costs in many locations don't pencil and you need equity that will be patient because significant rate cuts are necessary to recycle out equity on new construction multi-family deals at this time.

My family and I are looking into what we need to do to get out of the states and I am working to make it so investing in real estate could be a big help in making this happen.

You’re making a bigger deal of this than it is, @Kwok Wong.

Once you get into the 10s of properties, regardless of entity structure, it just doesn't make a ton of sense to continue having 1 account per property.
