I recently received a phone call from a tenant who had neighbors trespass on our property and set off fireworks on our porch and in our yard.

Drug use is already illegal, as is murder, rape, burglary, domestic violence, threats of violence, discharge of firearms, use of fireworks, etc.

@Scott Rogers I am hoping that the fire works out to be a blessing in disguise with much of the home being updated less the deductible.
