I've been interested in real estate most of my life, but have pursued just about everything else first, including getting a college education, owning businesses, and getting patents for my invention. 

If its simply a plain jane real estate brokerage I don't see anything patently wrong with the name.

This happens pretty much every week in the circles I travel in so to claim that the purchase price is the fair market or intrinsic value from an economic standpoint is patently inaccurate.

At the end of the day, FICO does work well and they modify and patent their math equation, which is secret and proprietary very often.

I have attempted an online startup tech company without success in SF and am currently working on a patent for a pet supply invention, so I'm always looking for new investments and ideas.

People willing to call owners losing their homes to foreclosure or had their patents die, or their spouse cheat on them or die.
