I am surprised they havent put a limit per person. for those with noses full of dust, i strongly reccomend a neti pot, get distilled water in gallon jugs and the special neti pot powder mixture, it cleans all the junk out of your nose and sinuses.

But I have not pulled the trigger because deals are hard to find in my market and I have enough dry powder to take something down if the sky happened to part and something close to reasonable pops up.   

Keep your powder dry. 

That's why they say 'keep your powder dry,' 'cash is king' ect.

The fear is stemming from those not fully understanding those market metrics and not preparing with liquidity and "dry powder". 

Each unit would then have a half bath/powder room.

Keeping dry powder is more important now than ever.

If you are running a business, you have to have “powder in the keg” for things that happen.  

Two out of three ain't bad.I say keep your powder dry, stay alert, and don't make any hasty or rash decisions out of fear of an unknown future.Good luck, stay safe and healthy. 

It's two floors with the bedrooms upstairs and common areas downstairs (ie. kitchen, powder room, living room,etc..).
