While we are on the topic; I have heard multiple opinions on this question by highly experienced folks as we have on this post.

Not trying throw anyone under the bus here, but: how much should I list my house for / how can I insure my rental properties against nuclear war / how can I get started with no skills and no money - are not really great topics to debate..Does this line up with what's going on in the market?

Read books and listen to interview style podcasts on the topic to get a better understanding of what you're looking for and how to accomplish it.Hope I was helpful.

-While there are certainly clinics that are closing around the country, the discussions we had we operators in the 10 unit and under range was overwhelmingly around the topic of growth. 

From my experience, the TNREIA group puts on great meet ups for Networking as well as Topic Specific Panels with Q & A.

There's lots of Youtube videos on it, but how have there been no BP videos, podcasts, etc. on the topic?
