Many homes in the Seattle area are getting 50-60 offers and buyers are getting sweet-talked into paying $300k+ above asking price and waiving all contingencies after spending a 15 minute time window at the house, because all the slots to view the home get booked up and there isn't an opportunity to even do a pre-inspection even if the buyer wanted to. 

I'm interested specifically in rentals because I see slot of potential in that aspect and it seems more like something I would like as opposed to say flipping. 

I would think management would still make visits a few times per week and they could set up a rent slot box attached the boiler room door or something of the like.

Right now I have 2 open slots, possibly 3keywords: delco, delaware county, philly, philadelphia, Montgomery county

Judi,I don't know anything about tax liens in Illinois, but I am researching on my own for Sarpy county in Nebraska.

I was also able to add parking rent for 3 spots as all 3 tenants requested extra assigned parking slots.

I use the storage room at my apartment building installed a very nice mail slot and gave the door a number.
