So far, I've been trying them out by working with the selling agents on specific houses in my areas of interest (Emerson Heights / Little Flower).There seem to be lots of good class B houses, and lots of class C, and 'war zone' SFH's available - have you seen that $19K 4Br house with no furnace, and no hot water heater south of Fountain Square?

@Daunte Flowers I take on a handful of people at a time and unfortunately I don't have any space right not but I did want to give you my own advice with finding a coach.I personally think having a good coach or partner is a great option if you want to speed up the learning process.

We listened and now have a nice elegant table with two chairs with a table setting and some flowers so you can overlook your back yard.

The front could also look nicer with more color,  maybe paint the door a bright color and add some colorful flowers around near the front.

I see so much flowers, seed pods and leaves, they sit on the roof and with the daily rain in South Florida the debris completely carpet that section of the roof in a matter of days, and with the captured moisture it causes the shingle nails to rust a lot quicker over time.
