If they go down the drain the whole thing is probably a train wreck. 

Or do you think the adjacent owner may back off,start a war by placing wrecked autos in his field, clear cut the woods to destroy the properties view or maybe get stuck with it as we would have to put at least $20K into t to sell it if we could.

Because if it turns out that there's no market to rent it out, or it is a total train wreck, at least you're not paying rent in your current place as well. 

Seems they wreck a set a doors a year per unit.I also encounter a lot of Holes in wallsTowel rods or similar items ripped off the wallTenants that due not know how to use the ceiling fan, thermostat and other control related items.

We were forced to have flood insurance on the home and that was the best investment we made because of a storm that wrecked havoc int he neighborhood last year.

Second caretaker got drunk at 1 pm on a Tuesday and wrecked that same truck.  

IF the house is a full on wreck and will need a full rehab, I do even pay for an inspector, just look myself. 

Cute, quaint and uber-clean homes replaced the old run down wrecks.

So... ask for advice, get same advice from everyone, ignore advice.This has all the makings of a train wreck but It should be interesting to hear how it turns out.
