I was born and raised in Chicago (Archer Heights-southwest side by Midway Airport and Jefferson Park, where my parents still reside) and also just joined the BP community just a few days ago.As far as investment preferences, there's no right or wrong answer.

I think Jefferson lets them have until the end of the month.If someone tells me they are going to redeem, they either have the money or not.

@Jonathan GlancyI would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

I live just south of you in Irving park and believe we are in the same township of Jefferson.

Most guests will bring a car, unless you are in a giant metropolis with amazing public transportation.

But Dublin is a thriving & very interesting metropolis.  

I then contacted Jefferson county and asked if there was a time frame within turning back over the papers with my signature the lady stated not until i hear something back from the former owners with the invoice i mailed them.

A new Jefferson County circuit court decision says all state inventory properties more than 6 years old are voidable by taxpayer, but I don't expect that decision to gain any traction with other courts. 

Purchase details: Duplex in Jefferson County NY, originally listed as 3 bed/1 bath on each side. 1 side was rehabbed and occupied by previous owner, 2nd side was essentially gutted (with one of the bedrooms removed), didn't have any plumbing and was down to the sub floor in most places.
