My interest stems from my wife being in the Assisted Living Business for 22 years, holding all positions and now looking to start her own business. 

Fast forward months after closing, I came to find out I could have purchased the property for 10k below asking because of  issues stemming from code violations that I had to get repaired like wiring and HVAC issues; all of which would have been discovered during the home inspection.

To me in the Information Age, education especially in STEM or business has value.

I'm trying to figure out how to provide state legal cannabis operators with banking options at scale as it is. 

It sounds like some of the issues at least may stem from property management.

They will likely drive the debate if schools, parks and public safety are ignored and, in all likelihood, cut as a way to stem the tide of ever increasing "catch up" property taxes and other taxes necessary to pay down Chicago's immense debt. 

I'm a recent college grad (stem degree) and I can tell you how difficult it can be to just land a job (even if you have experience!).

I know it seems boring to some but all the rules stem from some incident that has occurred and unfortunately sometimes serious injuries. 

He's dealt with a lot of bad stuff in life, and has many issues stemming from his service in the Navy in the Vietnam war.

I certainly agree that engineers can bring a lot of strengths to real estate, and much of that value I believe stems from the ability to answer the underlying question of "Does it make sense?"
