Flash forward five years and we look super smart.

Personally, I really enjoy my non- real estate friends, because it's a nice break-- no talk about houses, tenants,  drama--it's kinda like a flash back to the simple life!

I bought mine during a flash 40% off sale. the format makes it easy to learn with plenty of mini questions throughout the lessons, and the lessons themselves are each short, but informative.

I took it several times and used the concepts that I had trouble with to create flash cards and reviewed those over and over.

Flash forward 29 years and we have 10 doors with a mixture of newer, much older, multi family, single family and commercial and a mixture of property managers and self management.

Flash forward, for the past 4+ years I've been working as a full time real estate agent for a top team in eastern Massachusetts (typically we will work within an hour of the city if it makes sense).
