This does seem reasonable to me and I am currently working on a refinance myself with Camden National Bank.I think a big part of this is that you are only taking out an LTV of 60% which is favorable from the bank's perspective.

Here's what I would do (and in this order):1.

It took us a couple of weeks but we slowly increased their rankings unit they were on page 1 (based on search parameters of course) and they got a 10 day booking soon thereafter.We use Price Labs to check out the date of the last booking.

I use the biggerpockets credit check.

This takes contacts you get over time and test on small things first.
