I hear you 100% I just don't see the necessity to negatively impact someone else's business without context.

Swimming pools are almost a necessity in Class A properties in Phoenix, but what about in Class D properties there?

I would first speak with an attorney regarding the necessity for asset protection of moving the property sooner vs later - there may not be much value in this and therefore no real cost to waiting. 

Everyone that compares today’s youth to our generation gives ZERO VALUE to all the things they call necessities.

Closing “with a real estate attorney” is a necessity for almost all real estate transactions - it does not insure that the participants acted either legally or acted in compliance with contracts.  

Doesn't mean its a necessity to have it formed here but it is a fairly straight-forward process. 

I’m ready to start furnishing and stocking it with all of the necessities but finding the best deal/quality has led me to searching multiple websites and retailers for hours not wanting to buy “cheap” quality items but also wanting to make the best use of my money.

Necessity is a great cleaner. property taxes have gone up, but not outrageously so. and you will pay 13% in taxes monthly (state, county, city).
