I began looking into Real Estate after first reading Rich Dad Poor Dad last summer during the COVID-19 quarantine, which completely changed my mindset and led me to dive deeper into financial literacy along with real estate investing.

They also weren't the best to communicate with but this was during quarantine so maybe its improved. 

I couldn't make it because we're just getting out of Covid quarantine.

Can I confirm with her now that she does have Covid to let the two men know they should quarantine.

After acquiring our first property in April 2020 right during the COVID quarantine, we went a little crazy.

But to get there, I know I need to have a high school diploma which is something i’m honestly worried about, I moved a few times during freshman and sophomore year and didn’t go to school much and by the time I got back into going into school covid happened and we all got sent home where i didn’t do any school work cause it was such a drag and doing it at home was really hard for me when it was stuff i wasn't interested in and now i’mbehind credits and already worried about this year because I am just coming out of a quarantine from having covid which had absolutely zero affects on me and a lot of my peers so that honestly really is annoying how the staff and this state is treating school like a prison which comes back to another reason why I’m worried about this year because i don’t wanna be there at all like it’s just a sad depressing environment we don’t even get tables at lunch and are schools so crowded this year no ones social distance so idk how it makes sense.

People want larger houses so they can have an office at home, or a yard to quarantine in.

After listening to BP podcasts for the last 3 three months (I thank the quarantine for that) I finally became a member of BP!

All of the tenants have paid during quarantine and I did not have any issues filling a vacancy at the price in Feb/Mar area. 

We haven't even seen it yet but have a property manager who we've been working with to rent out as we still can't get there without quarantine etc.
