For instance in my case I’m in a more rural market where demand has plummeted but also supply hasn’t really ticked up so if any demand come back it will go quick and my holding costs are reasonable so I’m keeping it, but I’ve also been in situations where they holding costs were prohibitive enough I ate a 50k loss.
