Did you have anyhting in your rules that additional guests would be charged a certain ammount?

I want to acquire two additional properties in the Phoenix area and think with the softening buyer's market that will be very doable.

It appears to translate correctly to owner statements in Hospitable, and guests do not see this as an additional fee on Airbnb.

Make it as large as possible if possible for additional parking. 

The additional inspection is modest and I never mind another set of eyes on potential liability and problems.
