If you wait it out, you wait for the right person, then the right person will be renting your brand-new townhome and not the wrong person.

This could be a reputation and brand killer.

You’ll still see scratches if someone drags furniture, but compared to laminate or hardwood, it holds up better.If you're not installing it yourself, ask contractors for brands they prefer.

Just constantly providing value on public spaces, there are brands who will help you post and strategize at least in the beginning, remote for $1k a month but if you can't afford that just keep providing value and converting those listeners 

The don't finance evert repossessed property but usually only the ones in the best condition.As far as being a Real Estate Professional for IRS purposes, its hard to do as it requires a minimum of 750 hours a years devoted to real estate.

Personal branding dominate the content space anyway because you can't replacepersonality.Just my two cents.I've tried toying around with AI for marketing and leads, it just doesn't work.I know many who just end up working harder to convert than ifthey didn't use AI.AI is cool for specific things, not with building trust and a relationshipin a people driven business though in my opinion.Let me know your thoughts down below!
