Is there any brand you'd recommend?

It is amazing what you can get on various sites for pennies.

It’s awesome that you’re getting started and thinking about long-term rentals first—those are great for building steady cash flow and long-term wealth.

As for co-hosting, that is hard to start brand new also, as you have no track record to bring to an existing owner, you are learning on the job.

Yes you can get wealthy but real estate is typically a slow path to wealth not a get rich quick scheme.
