You buy a new building, all excited to find nice tenants..but one tenant has a program paying for her rent called "tra" in nj, I send in to them the change of ownership documents, I call them they say it takes 3p day to process papers they can't answer, month past, already second payment due.....What could you do?

My other tenant is on TANF/TRA, lots of fun acronyms going on here :)Her caseworker said if I didn't sign the termination agreement, they would continue to pay her rent until the end of her lease.
