I don't know Dale, but I've seen enough of his posts to know that he didn't mean anything disparaging by his reply....but such is the unseen face of any internet forum...I can assure you that he was just making a blanket reply not knowing what you were looking for or what specific area you were looking for leads for.There are people that will try to put a clown costume on and go to the closest intersection to get leads, but others that only market specific ways.

Corning is small with a few Business Jack-in-the-Box,McDonald’s Burger King, Taco Bell,Denny’s small business is Daisy’s ice cream and yes a donut shop that has its costumers,a few cloth stores that are barely getting by and My father owned a restaurant in Corning sadly lasted 10 years so he had to sell it but he still owns three other buildings a salon that my sister runs a real estate agency and now an empty building.

I am very good a costumer service I am very good at clerical and receptionist work I will be more than happy to work for free in return to be taught about real estate.

You'll learn a lot about how to interact with your clients and when done right they'll become repeat costumers in the future.
