I will mentioned to you what I mentioned to another gentleman sometime back that had a post where he was bragging about Sub2 at full market price and then wrapping it..When it comes to creative/alternative financing strategies UNLESS you are selling a  course, mentorship, endeavoring to raise funds, or some other reason that would profit you for coming on and making testimonies/ bragging on Bigger Pockets then It would probably be best not to..IMOI mean, think about it… the people saying now is the right time to buy profit for it…think realtors, mortgage brokers/lenders, property managers.

I think that the vast majority are sincere in that they desire independence, wealth accumulation, status and are willing to work for it.The problem as I see it is that almost all these individuals lack education and experience in business, so they tend to be easily misled by the hucksters, promoters, and braggarts pushing the narrative of no experience, education or money needed for success in these endeavors.

To answer your question; he probably won't.If you're going to endeavor a JV agreement with anyone, have an experienced attorney draw up a JV agreement, with a detailed outline of responsibilities.
