Before signing the work authorization contract, I mentioned I might bill through insurance, and she said I should sign the contract anyway and she’ll internally switch things to insurance and have the tech document everything on site to ensure that insurance would have no doubts.

AI is just the latest tech tool.So, they'll be good uses of it and bad.Just like the internet, PMC software, PMC support software, etc..Personally, I think the best uses will be:1) Answering repetitive owner & tenant questions- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.2) Responding to tenant prospects too lazy to actually read property postings, so they call, email or text repetitive questions.3) Enhancing followup tasks- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.4) Make data analysis & aggregation MUCH easier!

We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.
