Great question.This will depend on where in Manhattan AND how long the tenants have lived in the unit.I've heard of buyouts as low as $15-20K and as high as well above 6-figures.To put things in perspective, I had a friend who's parents were allegedly offered $200K+ to vacate a 2-bedroom apartment in LES BACK IN 2006/2007!

If the complaint alleges the plaintiff's cause of action arose during your husband's ownership, then yes, it might not be covered, but if there is anything alleged that could ever be covered, I believe the insurer would be obligated to provide a defense.

TLDR;By my findings, if you are a long term Airbnb host/Superhost, etc and had your bookings DROP OFF A CLIFF this summer, switch to "Flexible" cancellations and I bet your bookings will go back to "normal".So I have been hosting since 2018hundreds of reviews, still over a 4.9+ score.
