If you are happy where you are then build a network and the tech you need to self manage and get good at it and you might be fine.

Most everyone in the area takes their trash to a local dump station.

I would try and get a hold of a local Builder's Association.

I am looking to network with anyone in the fayette/general Kentucky area.
