Mailing letters and cold calling is effective, but its a volume play, expect to be uncertain of the likelihood of results most of the time, before that wears off. 

And again in high priced markets that can be 5 to 20k or more with just forwarded e mails its pretty significant money by using the business one has built.. but I get it if your only doing a deal or two a year. 

this was a very common e mail about 15 to 20 years ago have not seen one in sometime looks like they are back to fishing Actually you go fishing....scammers go phishing.

We capture them through the squeeze page that is built into the software by advertising on Craigslist, or sending direct mail to service type companies like lawn maintenance, pest control, mobile computer repair, etc.

Large lots, green space for a play area, large sheds for extra storage, an outbuilding with a full size washer and dryer, ample room to park a couple cars at each lot, fenced, street lamps at each lot, gated entry for security and privacy, community mail box, etc. etc.
