You are promoting a bunch of BS, and people are going to get hurt.

Finding lenders that provide what they promote. 

"without using any of your own money"  This pitch is designed to attract people that have very small amounts of money and get them to pay the promoter. 

Even people who once promoted them are now calling them out.

They also didn’t follow quiet hours and made music videos in the backyard.

I-40 was sure a well used road.I don't quite know how you would promote a "rent by the room" strategy unless you tapped in to the oil field works somehow.
