It seems like people just want to wait until the house is infested with ants and roaches to signal "it's time to clean".

Well the roaches did not go away, so we called a new, more widely known company (Terminix) to get the job done and start monthly pest prevention and to their credit they actually succeeded.

Trying to figure out the right sequence for minor repairs, paint touchups, pest control, deep cleaning, and anything else I might be missing.

Also the percentages are good but the dollars are what counts and a new roof, deck, subfloor, refer, AC unit, furnace, frozen pipes, infestation, broken water or sewer line, delinquent tenant, etc and it all goes sideways and you are upside down.Those homes are nice but older... 

(and whether you’re in a high-cost or low-cost utility area).Other operating costs – Cleaning, maintenance, supplies, landscaping, pest control, platform fees, etc.

Needless to say she  needs to leave if she won't clean and comply with what we are doing pest control.  

If it works,  Then the pests are his problem not yours.

He had followed the 1% rule and bought Section 8 properties in crime-ridden, drug-infested part of town and then wondered why he wasn't doing well.The 1% rule may have hurt more people than it helped.

She complained pest for which i have to spend thousands of dollars.

MFA set up the home inspection, pest inspection, and septic inspections/cleaning before closing for me.
