I know the common big players, doorloop, buildium, appfolio, etc. but they are too expensive for what else is out there.

i bet you'll tell me the prices are too high. 

Also, I know a few investors who’ve been exploring Dubai from abroad — networking there can be a game-changer if you’re open to connecting with other active players.

I plan to attend to shake hands, meet the major players, and hopefully find someone I can do a deal with.
