Similarly there was a time when we needed a Doctor's prescription to turn in a receipt for an OTC med, like Zyrtec, to a FSA or HSA or both, but now a script is not req'd, I believe.Anyway, I didn't stop requesting SSNs for no reason.

The AP has to be open, notorious and hostile...those terms have a legal meaning and essentially it is that you as the owner have been fully deprived of your right to the property.Absent those items above, it sounds like at best they have another legal right which is a "prescriptive easement".

Not working more hours than that (750) for any other income.Then I realized that when managing multiple properties there are additional rules and to get around it one can permanently elect to treat them as one but then it could fire back when selling one of the properties... and then I am lost.Can you recommend prescriptive guidance on it?
