I dont know the deals and he or his company is certainly not the only one that jumped into syndication and has had a rocky road.Attention is the new currency; it would have been foolish not to leverage his brand.

I’m saddened for an earlier situation I wasn’t able to assist (lost their 5 acres & I don’t know what’s happened to them yet). 

Communication was rocky from the start and the repeated attempts to boost occupancy have done nothing but slide downward month to month. 

Some of the ground is too rocky for the tractor to disc and then plow rows. 

The 5+ unit market has been rocky the last 24 months.

. 🧐 The fact that it was on your radar meant that there must’ve been something positive said about it or you did some research on it….i’m assuming.I remember seeing a poster or two in the last several years really talk it up about buying properties in Little Rock. 

Then there's usually a rocky period until they can stabilize.

Even though the market is rocky now, it's still better to buy and hold IMO
