I wanted to get general guidance on commercial warehouse development (Standard metal steel building) around 5000 SF (Divided by 1000 SF each).

NARPM members are held to a higher standard than your average PM

I have rented every month of the year, and every holiday, and while I prefer no vacancies between Nov-Jan (the 3 hardest months in my area) I still have filled properties at that time.The times when I have relaxed any standard to fill a unit have made me wish I hadn't. 

There are many things Hospitable can do that some of the other PMS platforms surprisingly can’t, including features I assumed would be standard across the board.Long story short, we’re back on Hospitable and very happy with the decision.

Guesty/Hospitable for comms, Turno or Breezeway for cleanings, and shared Google Drive folders to keep everything standardized.

But you need a lot more than just a lease:- residential lease- rules & regs- lead disclosure- smoke detector notice- non-standard lease provisions- pet agreementThey have pdf's but I recommend the US letter size carbon copy paper (not the long legal size paper format) and wet sign.

I have not yet been told if this is at standard financing terms or worse terms to reflect any elevated risks.My question is should I pursue this purchase and if so at what sort of a discount?
