., a friend of mine lives in North central area not to far from here.. this new build fits in nice with the CHS single style houses. .great job.. love the color Thank you it was under the jurisdiction of the BAR so U do need your plans and ascetics approved at the city level and that takes about 3 to 5 months and multiple meetings which does create drag on money out for the lot..

Just scroll to the bottom of your listing link and you can see 4 places that are quite a bit nicer for under $1500.You are offering small 900sqft with an original kitchen, only ONE bathroom that is dated and has no counter space, an interior that is a mix of finishes and colors, tile ceiling, super basic light fixtures, no garage and a totally overgrown yard - all of that screams total neglect.

I know on my new builds that are 700 to 1 mil I get 10 to 20k and normally its just held in escrow. it is non refundable once we start putting in custom colors etc.
