What are your thoughts on renting to a group made up of fraternity members and college athletes?

My girlfriend, who is an alumn of the university, reached out to her former supervisor in the athletic department in case she was aware of any athletes looking for housing.

It's a trope for athletes, musicians and lottery winners to end up bankrupt shortly after they come into money for a reason. 

It's no different than any other field: an amateur and a top athlete will use the same machines in the gym.

And that's just the reality, there selling a dream same as Nike building a brand where a 300lb middle aged whatever feels more "athletic" cause they got the new Jordans.....
