Have invested in ABQ with first purchase in 2020 - and that was based on my knowledge as a film/TV friendly area and affordability.

A friend of mine and her husband are working on a deal to combine an event venue and it will double as a film studio because they help produce a lot of films in Georgia.

The constant assault on the film industry is unprecedented so only time will tell how that pans out for the population.
