Art - QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Plus has the Class feature.

Might be worth you looking into if you want access to something that's affordable ($5/month per unit), has lots of features that I've really liked, and more - especially if you’re unhappy with some of the tools or processes you’re using today with managing your property. 

If you want to use QuickBooks Online for rentals, you’ll need the Plus version so you can track each property separately with class or customer features, and for multiple entities you can use the location/business feature.

Both townhomes feature an ADU.

Hey @Dumisani Thomsen, last time we used REI Hub for one of our bookkeeping clients it was missing some reporting features that QBO possesses.

When tech companies are creating this many features along side the carrier networks to make sure unwanted calls don't get through, MAYBE you should figure out how to just get people to call YOU.

I want to see if people care most about speed + simplicity, and whether a lower price point and minimal UI beats the feature overload.

(forgetting to log, categorizing activities, proof for audit, etc.)I’m even considering building a dedicated software/app that makes this easier.Before I dive into it, I’d love to know if there's a real demand and what features would be must-have vs. nice-to-have?
