I have been using it within certain use-cases, and has worked for me in DFW, but looking for people in other cities to give it a test run.It analyzes qualitative information in MLS listings and send over houses that could be good to flip, then you click on make an offer and it has one ready for you in seconds to send off.

Advise, change the marketing.. test each marketing piece you are doing and if there are changes that need to be made, copy, marketing type (mailers to PPC), make the change and put it into test mode to see what needs to be done to get more deals equally more money.
