@Sam HuangYour numbers may be a bit optimistic.If the area is Class A, it's pretty standard that it won't cashflow for 3-5 years.If Class B, timeline is often 1-3 years to cashflow.You state you used to live in Tulsa, which is better than investing in an area you are NOT familier with, but how many rentals do you have in the area right now?
