I agree with what has been said before, this is a good age to get into RE investing and "over" is a great place to start as long as you start!

I can't imagine 10x being normal no matter the area or building age/type.  

Long term goal is to earn 20k per month in cash flow by age 50 and ideally 10k by age 40. 

There's huge demand for this space as more people age and need these types of living environments.

The reviews for PM's that I have found so far are pretty bad and we've all heard the horror stories of bad PM.We want to keep the house because we have family close (as they age we would be very close) and if something happens to us oversees we will at least have a house in the states to come to.
