How can I be assured they will not skip over something on purpose? 

I'm sure most of them believe they are doing good, however I assure you, you can have a much more legitimate sales job.

@Arn Cenedella So true - I remember back in 2024 we were all in a frenzy and even delaying clients' 2023 returns thinking it was coming back retroactive to 12/31/2023, just to have the rug pulled from under us over the summer.It feels more legit this time around, but I am sure we all felt just as sure back in 2024 too. 

This will reduce gaps between bookings, and rest assured, there will be gaps.
