Apparently I am a little bi-polar about it.  

I have found excess service calls to be very rare and they have been limited to tenants that were already known problem people (usually people with some kind of pretty obvious personality disorder).

I place my own tenants and make every effort to avoid unstable and seriously disordered individuals, addicts, and those actively engaging in criminal activities.

Most recently overseeing the operations of an organization that provides sober living to those seeking recovery from substance use disorder.

That land was desert and unlivable without water.Background-I had previously to moving to this house adopted a child with childhood on-set bipolar disorder. 

Looks like a disorderly conduct issue within the past year.

some of the charges are driving with a suspended license criminal littering/ pollution on private property no mandatory insurance unsafe lane changecriminal trespassing...showed bonded out and later dismissed disorderly conduct...later dismissed driving with no head lanps

I'm in Ohio - it can seem boring sometimes but I look at it like a base, the weather can be bipolar in the winter and spring but no natural disasters happen here that don't let me sleep like a dog at night, I travel south a lot too during the winter months here.

Only solution is hope FED cuts interest rates fast and deep, but all macro-data says US economy doing great with fed funds at 5.33% so foreclosure becoming only option.now if a Chimp with a learning disorder like me could see this coming, perhaps, the syndicators that charged high fees and had 5 different "share classes" saw it coming too and perhaps that was their plan all along?
