What you're planning to do is run it like a boarding house.You'll want to confirm with the local municipality that this is allowed.These are actually fairly easy to manage while you are living there and self-managing.Once you move out though, it is more difficult:(Occupants will be sharing a lot of common areas NOT usally shared in a separate rental: fridge, stove, cupboards, bathrooms, furniture, etc.

@Kerri Asekeme it's harder to make the numbers work in Manor as there isn't as much gap between older homes and brand new homes, on price or condition.
