I have invested in a few projects as a LP as a passive investor, but I'm looking to be more active and learning the industry more.Hoping to join any networking events, meetups, etc with like minded people and learn the ins and outs of the whole space. 

Where is the building, how old is it, where do you lie on the low-mid-high end spectrum for housing, how close to industry, etc., etc.
