If I remember you left your family in Vegas at a birthday celebration to come speak.

Like you, I thought I'd make extra income and start a new career, but being a breast cancer survivor, recently celebrating a milestone birthday, and not depending on extra income for my expenses, I'd rather enjoy life while I'm healthy. 

But every tenant acquired and screened as stated above have been long-time, multiple year tenants - with several who worked their way out of the program to become financially independent (celebrate that!)

However, when I research online, I also see controversial opinions that those times count for the 500 hours material participation as long as, after the rehab, I put tenants in and turn the property into a long-term rental. 

I was hoping the 1000 episode is a celebration instead it felt like death.

It remains controversial, and if you want to become the first taxpayer to take CA FTB to court over this, godspeed. 

With all due respect, I don't want to dispute or debate your stance on this subject, so I hope this message reaches you in good graces :-)I don't personally know Brandon Turner from the next 'celebrity' podcaster/author/content creator/real estate investor.  

So add the advertised high rate of return when things are good when money can flow out to investors, plus celebrities at their investment forums and it seems very attractive.
