Stessa Pro Reported Bug Celebrating 1 Year Birthday Without Solution

Does anyone have contacts at Stessa -- a high level contact?

I've been working with the support team for going on a year for a bug that is driving me nuts.  They just can't seem to fix it and it is bothering me enough where I'm considering changing software after many years on the platform.

First of all, can anyone else reproduce this issue?

- Go to Properties page

- Click on property to go to Details page

- Click on Financials & Assets

- Edit Mortgage.   Change current principal balance to a new number & save.

- Go back to Properties page

- Refresh

- You probably see the old mortgage value rather than the new one for that property.

- Go back to the Property Details page and edit mortgage.  New value is there.

If I banked somewhere that presented me 2 different numbers while I was balancing my checkbook, I'd probably think about a different bank.  That is where I am now.  I never had a single problem before Stessa became a pay site.  Now they seem to have "fixed" it really good.

Rant over.  Let me know if you can duplicate the issue.
