Having all the unit at the same address will also mean that you probably won't need 6 individual FF listings, if you are clever with maintaining your calendar.

Providing linens and charging a cleaning fee after checkout doesn’t make the place a hotel.Thus, unless your short-term rental really is a hotel in substance—not just in average stay length—I think 27.5 years is still the correct treatment.

This past week someone took pictures of chipped paint in a linen closet and dirty baseboards - in the garage!

Nice towels, linen, fully stocked kitchen WITH MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER/BAR, good WiFi, decent Smart TV, In-Unit Washer and Dryer is a big plus!

Just wrapped inventory for the season and beyond replenishing the regular wear & tear / attrition on linens, the two items that I keep having to replace are nonstick frying pans and cutting boards (currently plastic).
