My daughter's been house hacking one property in Oxford (while she's been in school) that she's about to turn into a full-time rental.

Our daughter is in a Masters program at Minnesota State for the next two years.

I just would prefer being able to go over it with her daughter to make sure it's clear- and she doesn't want me to speak to her about it- since it's a surprise- so I am not 100% comfortable- but I will get over it and will use google translate if needed. 

So I have a condo I have become 50% owner in.The previous owner is deceased, and his daughter has finished probate.The daughter is one of my tenants.There are a bunch of IRS and State DOR liens on the property.I know that these can be negotiated but not sure where to start.I imagine that I could start calling local IRS numbers and asking who to talk too, but just haven't started working on this yet.Helpful suggestions on where to start?

I just closed on a home for my clients daughter who got turned down by a local lender.

It was a house I bought when my daughter was going to WSU.

We are hoping to add an ADU that our daughter can move into. 

My issue is that I want stability for my family and my daughters school is only 2 min away and don't want to keep moving.

Are there any downsides or complications in having our daughter on the mortgage (she’ll still be in college)?
