Hello, We have rented our SFH in march 2025, way below the market price - and tenant in his 70's moved in with their daughter's family of 4.Initial 1 or 2 payments were made on time - and recently tenant disclosed that he had cancer and it came back; july rent was paid on 15th - and August rent had not paid so far.

I purchased a condo for my daughter and friends while she was in college so I'm not completely new to property management (parents pay rent better than students!). 

You have a multigeneration situation (and will if it is the daughter and granddaughter). 

His oldest daughter had to change schools more than once.

I remember him on there talking about cheating on his wife Ivana because he didn't like her accent, about how he only likes women under 30, discussing his own teenage daughter's rear end and how nice it is, saying she's always been very voluptuous and agreeing with Howard that she's "a nice piece of a**", having threesomes, and having lewd conversations with Bill Clinton when they played golf together (remember he was a big supporter of the Clintons and a Democrat for much of his life). 

We've had a tenant ask for another unit for their daughter.
