Then again, purchasing a true "turnkey" property means you are typically paying a higher premium in exchange for someone else delivering you a cash flowing, low maintenance asset.I would gander to guess that 99% of people do it the latter way you described.

I also had enough capital to pay cash for it-and at the time not having a loan seemed ideal, however now I realize the opportunity cost of using all that cash was massive.Anyways, after visiting a few units, I decided to pull the trigger on a turn-key 1 bedroom condo in La Veleta (Tulum) @ 169000USD which was delivered in Jan/24.

Even Zill, Redf, and others they are now over saturated with broken promises to deliver realtos and lenders leads but they are all either shared leads or sold 5-6 times and not worth a fraction of the cost.

Even in a flip, I'd only consider carpet in a bedroom, if at all.The sizzle of LVP is much better than what has become 'old school' carpeting.The price difference isn't that much, but does deliver much more bang for that almighty buck.
