Ditch the red rug, increase art and add dresser, bedside tables to bedrooms.

Simple furnishings bought used, a single bed, and dresser. 

Furnished common area, furnished each bedroom with a queen bed, a dresser, a desk and a chair, then we listed on every platform that I can list and I paid every platform for their premium listing.

If I can't find what I want second hand then purchase from local furniture store for heavy use items like beds/frames, dressers, dining sets.

ONE window that will stay up on its own in each room, no holes in flooring (oddly strict on this one, even a dime size tear in a floor is considered a tripping hazard) a light in every bedroom and enough room for a twin bed and a dresser.

There is another rental in town that is renting a set $600 per room, furnished with necessities (beds, dressers, sofas, and appliances...) utilities included and laundries.

I made some money selling items, but in the end had a LOT of things to deal with. 2 30 yard dumpsters, 2-3 dump runs filling a truck, and now have a couple tables, dressers, couch and such littering my storage trailer and at my house.

I am at the landfill this morning unloading some junk from my house ,  The guy next to me is struggling to get a dresser out of his SUV he is around 75 years old  .

If you want to set yourself apart, be courteous and professional and respect their time.Their main concern would be people looking in medicine cabinets for drugs and in dressers for jewelry.
