After a month or two stay, our cleaners would tell us that they need more time to clean and then ultimately send us a larger cleaning bill for the turnover. 

They were at the top of the list of best tenants we ever had. 

Buying with tenants you actually like is huge.If you’re looking to scale, partnering on larger  5 - 30 unit deals is an option, just something to consider.

Not entirely sure about the demand for Airline crews, but most of my clients who do MTR have had their units filled by traveling contracting crews who are working on some of the larger data center projects just outside the city.
